There is an active Writ Petition and Writ Appeal on the land on which the apartment is built. Pls check and take calculated risk. The club will belong to builder and is open for membership to outsiders too. The UDS is very very low..basically you get share on land on which apartment is build not entire 10 acres…I have booked a flat here and holding registration till all litigations are resolved…Weigh your risks

What is wrong with the company – Super premium pricing
2BHK (1270 SQFT) on 10th floor is costing 1.22 Cr. What is this crazy pricing. Doesn’t one think this is out of bounds.
5L car parking, 10L construction cost. From investment perspective, does not make sense.

I was exploring apartments in Hebbal area when I came across this project. I must say I am really impressed with the amenities offered in Glen Classic project.
