      Hi Ganesh, As far as i know, nearest Graveyard to the project is located near M.N krishna rao Park. Which is almost 10 kms from the project.

    There is a graveyard right next to the property, some towers will get graveyard facing, about 10-15 burials and also very lonely in current anjanapura . Still lot more developments to take place in this layout. This may impact the future of this project but again depends on individuals. Some families don't mind and some will mind living next to graveyard. Reply

Similar to Ashwani...I too have same question in my mind... considering the Purva Highcrest apartment is almost ready to move-in (Possession by Feb'14), nearby good schools, colleges and the price looks to be at right ~70L (all inclusive) for a 3BHK of 1665 sqft from a reputed builder... considering Phase-II Metro work will start.... Also, heard that there would be a road from Kanakapura Road - Judicial Layout - Purva Highlands campus.... Would like to know your view on the road and also approximate appreciation expected in next 5 yrs time frame.... Thanks a bunch!!!

    Hi Harish, Nitesh British Columbia project has not yet received approvals. They themselves agree on it. And this is been getting delayed since long now (always they mention another 2 months for approvals) I have few queries: 1. Any idea what could be delaying it, is there some issue with the property? 2. Does it make sense to invest in a flat that is yet to be given approvals by Govt bodies. 3. The builder says there is a BDA park and BDA shopping complex approved and will come up exactly opposite the project - how can we cross check if this is true and when will it come up?       Hi Vishu, There are lot of good projects which we have not reviewed because of Time & Other Constraints. As of now we have chosen best properties of Bangalore. I wont be able to comment on Golden Panorama until unless we review it.

      Hi VJ, Approvals will take time. Approx. 500 + Projects in Bangalore goes for Project approvals to BDA & BBMP every month and Govt will take its time to Clear the Projects.
