I have seen Century sports city, Confident adonis and Orchid Nirvana plots. Cost wise Confident is on a little lower side while CSV and Orchid Nirvana are on higher side. Hi Harish, thanks for all the useful advice. I will be moving to Bangalore in 3 months time and I want be making one investment, which I think I can do now based on the advice available. An investment can be either plot, apartment or cottage. In apartment and cottage there will be one extra work of managing tenancy. What’s better type plot, flat or cottage?
