Dealing of Concorde at Auriga is not honest. I visited site and finalised one 03 BHK 03 T flat in the amount offered to me but immediately I offered to pay the Booking amount. Sales Rep replied that he will provide the details of account to pay electronically. He continuously deferred to shat it for 10 days and then told, seller wants more. Auriga had offered themselves and they are seller but not kept the deal. Is this not dishonesty ?

No worries; Environmental clearance (KSPCB) is obtained for the project from the builder and is free of such issues.
For me, it was a satisfying experience in booking the apartment in Concorde Auriga. The Sales Executive explained every detail of the project. Even you can message them on their social platforms and they will get in touch. Hope this helps with your search.
