I am looking for self use and planning to construct a house within next 2 years. My office is in whitefiled whereas my wife’s office is in Bellandur. Both these below options fit within my budget. Can you please let me know which is preferable for self use and long term appreciation.
1) DSR elixir: Reputed builder, closer to whitefiled & OMR but the approach road either to OMR or whitefield main road is average
2) Odion woods of east: Approach road is good within 2km from sarjapur main road and in between ECity, ORR and whitefield
