Last year, when my wife and I were passing by, the construction site on the prominent area and at the same time, without any disturbance to the main road (most of constructions would have taken over the pavement and half of the road for such mega project) attracted us. I was talking to my friend about it and we decided to make a quick visit to the construction site immediately and we met with Mukesh for the first time over there. The warm welcome from Mukesh and his detailed explanation on construction technology and confidence on completing the project earlier than the committed time, impressed me. After that, I took time for the legal procedures and my (new) company setup here which took really longer time than expected. During such time gap, the constant touch from Artisane and update from them on the construction status and couple of visits from him kept me informed of progress and commitment from him. Finally, when I started the process of applying for home loan from SBI, the support from Mukesh and team was excellent. I am impressed by the courtesy extended by Artisane team.
I booked my home at Forest Breeze for,
(i) prominent locality
(ii) Construction quality
(iii) Excellent spec, adequate facilities &
(iii) Good team on which I trust that they would deliver as promised.
As I talked above, I am people person and the team @ Artisane impressed me. Also, the technology used was really impressive and as a techy, I believe in using technology for the day-to-day practical life & I believe my home should represent my personality. When I see good engineering at construction and various new building construction technologies being used at Forest Breeze, I am convinced that this is my home at an ideology level.
Practically speaking, my interactions with other builders (?!) did not go well. In general, the marketing agency that appears as front end to developer of any apartment is more of money grubbing agency and the attitude of ’never mind loosing you’ does not work for me. Most (all) of the renowned builders lack the personal touch when a potential customer walks-in. The face of any particular apartment construction project, works on target achieving basis and team would not be truly impressed by what they represent which would be obvious when you talk to them.
At Artisane, the whole team is very courteous and very excited about the project. The energy comes from there.
To cut the long story short,
(i) Forest Breeze by Artisane, represents my ideology of ‘technology for practicality’
(ii) Excellent Specifications
(iii) Very nice architecture in which I just needed to make very few changes for the personal taste
(iv) very elegant overall architecture which I will be proud to have as my address for longer time
(v) the only place which is approved by whole family (wife, son & daughter) without any hesitation which is main reason
As stated above, the whole Artisane team, are very courteous and I am happy to see that they work on the project that they like very much. The patience to deal with customer and eager to provide the customer with adequate information are impeccable. There are so many occasions, that team has provided me with new diagrams and Mukesh was gentle enough to accommodate the changes that we asked again & again.
Team’s energy, enthusiasm and courtesy extended, remain same before and after booking the property.
I am very satisfied to say that I have got a home.
We know that we would have excellent memories going forward at this home. Kids are growing up and I hope their pleasant memories will be associated with this home when they look back at the time they grew up.
I believe, any product, catches the energy of the creator and creator’s enthusiasm. When such degree of passion and energy are poured at what’s being done combined with apt amount of research on technologies inculcated, we get an excellent outcome. Well, idea of high living in a boutique society of like minded and Socially connectable community with ease was a basic thought process behind selecting Forest Breeze, this is not the first buy so we were clear what we were looking at and forest breeze exactly offered most of it, may be its locality, specification , development , is a perfect fit to our thought process hence we decided to take a step ahead and go for it.
Since we were clear about what we want , choice was easy , we looked at Location, Specifications in detail , right from roof height , No. of lifts , flooring , customization possibilities, construction quality. Which was exactly what we were looking for, and the mini forest just next door was like a cherry on the cake . all these helped us to zero on the project.
Initial approach right from the first visit till date -simply put has been Transparent, detailed , honest and clear , details are given without asking , and we felt it was an exchange of trust and emotions and not a simple transaction. All the angles related with transactions were well explained which established faith on the builder, in short we enjoyed every moment of the Site visit / Office Visit / discussions resulting into complete satisfaction.
As we said Experience is not only excellent , its full of Trust , Faith and confidence which Artisane team is able to establish.
