I am looking for this, can you share your views how this would be after 4-5 years both in terms of return(in case I decide to sell) or in terms of self-staying ? I was looking for some plot near Airport where we are planning keep it like that for a span of 3-4 years.
Lastly how it would be in comparison to Salarpuria Serenity which is also coming near airport(as I see in another preview in your website)

As far as we see, the Godrej plots will be of very long-term investment may be 7-10 years time, because of its location and the locality is yet to take shape., but considering the Godrej brand, expecting, there will be a good demand for this project and moreover this will be of large-scale project (appx 100+ acres) and hope the pricing will be at par with the locality basis. so, Definitely, this project is not for short term period if you are looking for an investment.
On the other hand, Salarpuria Serene life can be looked upon because of its near distance to airport and already the project is coming up., So we shall keep you posted once it is up for sale ( Pre Bookings) as it is awaited RERA no.
