We are planning to use this as retirement home say after 15 years. Do you think the amenities will be up to date by then and will it have a good value in terms of either using as collateral for my kids education or resale?

I am looking for this, can you share your views how this would be after 4-5 years both in terms of return(in case I decide to sell) or in terms of self-staying ? I was looking for some plot near Airport where we are planning keep it like that for a span of 3-4 years.

Lastly how it would be in comparison to Salarpuria Serenity which is also coming near airport(as I see in another preview in your website)

Please suggest based on the rate and return between these two projects, shall decide accordingly
