I have visited Gopalan Aqua and Brigade Utopia. I loved the location of Aqua and amenities in Utopia. I am a bit confused of taking a decissio between two. What is your suggestion, which one do you advice to pick

I understand your puzzling situation. No doubt Gopal Aqua is a good project and in a better location; but can’t be compared with Brigade Utopia. The reason being Brigade Utopia is Mixed Development whereas Gopalan Aqua is only residential development. My personal choice would be Brigade Utopia for better future prospects.
