Dear Harish sir,
I booked this project @ 5000/sft, but due to demonetization of 500 & 1000 Rs notes, what will be the impact on this project? Should i need to continue or withdraw the booking?
Looking like total reality is getting beating, will the price drop ? (If not Habitat Eden Height reduce their price, basically similar project will cost less price) what is your idea? how much will it drop?
So can you guide me..

this may not be true – if you look around (Delhi) Prices already dropped from 20% to as much as 40% ! Hopefully, prices will reduce and will become affordable for common man !.
There is shortage of homes in cities, I agree. But more than 50% apartments in cities are not filled, most of these apartments are bought by “investors” which is difficult to rent out as rents will be higher. You can check, mumbai sub urbs for example, many buildings are finished and bought by investors – but they are struggling to sell or rent ! So, the prices will drop , lets wait and watch

Thanks for giving positive comments on the real estate primary market. From this my take-away is not to withdraw from this project.

What is your idea on those who buy for the investment purposes, do they need to re-consider ? as the liquidity is dry in the market. (Just to understand).
