I herd that it is a small layout, how about the amenities in the project if it is less than 1 acres of land.

Obviously, luxury apartment means those items will be provided and are you sure it is 1.5 acres of land. One more thing, just behind the pole star ozone project, if you walk nearly 1 kilometer towards south direction the roads are narrow and congested and it looks like a slum area.

By seeing only the outer ring road which is 400 meters walk, is this project worth of 92 Lakhs.

How this will get appreciated if the surrounding especially south side which is difficult to change in future.
