Builder has obtained approvals only till the 12th floor. In case, if you are interested in this project – I would suggest you to opt for a unit in anything from Ground to 12 floors. Property rates have not gone down much. The current running price is Rs.6000 – 6500/Sqft.
Is the same project rebranded as WF48 and see different pricing ? Is it still a good investment ?

No progress since last 3 years : I have paid 20% of the amount at this project of Ozone Promenade, the progress of work at the site is very slow. At the time of booking in 2015, the assured delivery of the project was 2019, now it is revised to 2023. 8 years for completing a project is too long. Take all these facts into account before going ahead.
Looks like Ozone Promenade is not progressing as they found Rocks during excavation. Do you have any update on the status if that will be cleared or the project will be abandoned. There is no work going on for more than an year. Also since its Rocky assume water situation will be bad
Happened to check with the management, The rocky area is being removed via chemical process technology without disturbing the other surrounding residents; hence it is taking time, as well as once cleared, they informed the construction will go in full pace to match with the RERA date mentioned.
Also, in the current situation, the retaining wall is being completed and 4 borewells are already in place.
Is it still worth still buying Ozone Promenade as the rate is high now and around 1.5 Crore for 3 bedroom? Do you think it will be a good investment at this rate too?

Dear Harish, For Investment and giving on rent, which one is better Fortius Waterscape at Whitefield OR Ozone Promenade at Whitefield. I ready to wait for 4 to 5 years for the construction to complete. But Fortius is built as per Vastu and Ozone is not, Thanks.

Ozone Promenade would be ideal option for investment. I understand you wont get 100 % Vastu oriented flats in ozone promenade.But, Its ok. Location plays critical role here. I recommend you to look at a flat in ozone promenade which has vastu pertaining to Main Door & Kitchen facings.

I am interested OZONE PROMENADE – just opp.to 2 malls. Ozone Promenade Present construction status ( ONLY EXCAVATION ) ? How many floors approvals ? ( sales person told plan for upto 19-th floor. But they are booking upto- 12-th only ), we are interested to book 17-th -or- 18-th floor . possession 2021. ( need 4 more years to wait ). payment also yearly once.
Now what can i do ? wait for 4 years -or- go for any other project ? cost wise any other good choice ?

The project has got approvals till 12th level; for above floors they have applied and which is expected in two months time as per their communications ( but might take time). You can consider Godrej air project which is going to launch in months time.
To add, I stay in CV Raman Nagar and am ok with all the 3 locations I mentioned in earlier post.
I am looking out for a 3 BHK flat and have visited Purva 270, Prestige Kew Gardens and Ozone Promenade. A bit confused on which one to opt for. Will go with home loan and for my self-stay.
Need a clarity on all aspects right from Legal Clearance, Water availability and the safest place to invest.
If it is wiser to wait till 2021, which is the new commitment given by Sales officer of Promenade, I am ready to do so.

The project quotes an area of 5.6 acres. Can you please confirm if this is excluding commercial space. If yes what is the total area of the residential space
I visit recently and still excavating. After near 1.5years hardly any progress. Land is rocky so you can imagine the water situation, the whole area has water problem anyway.
As you mentioned its not clear what will be allocated for commercial space. Already its high density with so many apartments. Even model apartment was not ready when I visited.

I am interested in this project. But, worried about the traffic congestion and the density of floating population around this, due to Phoenix market city. Is there any plan for widening the road?
