I am interested in this project. But, worried about the traffic congestion and the density of floating population around this, due to Phoenix market city. Is there any plan for widening the road? And, is the metro sanctioned for this area? Has anyone completed the legal verification? Please let me know.

I am planning to book a 3 BHK in this project, but i dont see provision for Dishwasher in the utility or kitchen, only washing machine provision available. Also, will they allow any modifications to the internal walls, provision for additional electrical points, water supply in balcony etc.

Hi Harish,

I see a lot of complaints (across forums) about the builder in terms of delayed delivery, poor construction quality and change in room sizes upon construction from that of the shared plan.

Have they received all approvals, also I was told that they have approvals only till 12th floor where as they are claiming to build 19 floors, how does that work. Please suggest if our hard earned money is safe to be invested for Ozone Promonade.

Promenade is the best property in the Whitefield area. It is opposite the Phoenix mall and VR mall you can directly go to ITPL if you are staying at Promenade.

The Near by project by the habitat seems to be good. I have paid visit to the site and the floor plans and amenities are pretty nice, it will be better if u check this out friend.

How is Durga petals? I know it is not that very famous as top builders in Bangalore, but this projects somewhere matches them. Looks like builder wants to make a mark and this is builder’s landmark project. Please suggest a 3BHK flat near to RMZ infinity, Old madras road better than Durga Petals, in price of under 6500/sq ft. Ready to move in and 1 year under construction both will do. Looking for my own use but could be selling it after 4-5 years.

I am following Ozone Promenade from last 6 months, Marketing team is telling same thing from beginning, We are working on approvals, will start excavation very soon and increase price by Rs.200…. They don’t even have model flat or approvals but booking is in full swing… I think they might be having tough time in getting approvals and also this land was allotted to some small scale industry…. Could you please share your views on Ozone Promenade current status.

OZONE PROMENADE…… SALES PERSON TOLD ME All approvals were cleared…( BDA, BBMP, AIRPORT OFFICE, BSNL, BANGALORE WATER SUPPLY and SEWERAGE BOARD, ENVIRONMENTAL CLEARANCE, DGP OFFICE ( FIRE ), POLLUTION BOARD, ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT… ETC )…… . ….. Now i want to know which one is pending approval ?

Between Rohan Avriti and Ozone Promenade, which one would you advice. There is a huge price differential between the two – over 1000 per sq ft, is that justified considering Rohan is rtm and with all amenities

Hi Harish, this project is looking good overall and a great location. A few questions:

1. Water – How is the borewell ground water level in this area? Will Cauvery water be available in this project? Will water be a concern in this project?
Builder – How is Ozone group, their construction quality and reputation? A flat in this project will cost a lot since most of the flats are of big size, do you think it will be a good purchase with big investment from this builder? What kind of construction quality can be expected in this project?
