I’m planning to Urbana Southend plots, could you give your insights and your opinion about this project.
1. The prices have constantly increased in this region..basic I see 61 Lacs… now the prices have increased to 75++.. not really clear about the price range.
2. The gated plots will have to buy back clauses, in case after certain years we cannot sell directly to other owners it’s must go only with the builder or township .. is it true? Is it common in this type of plot developers?
3. What would be the best price going on in this region, could you please advise.
