Hi Harish, What do you suggest between Sunny Green Woods and Reliaable Dollors Colony? It seems the rates at Reliaable Dollors Colony are revised to new rate 4100 PSF. Is it good investment in any of these two, down the line the after 5 years? Also, Reliaable Dollors Colony yet to get the official confirmation from the BDA Approval. Even though, it is published in media that it is BDA Approval, it is not yet. But i believe they would definitely get sooner.

I am planning to buy a plot in any of these two.


Hi Harish, Is this project BDA approved or going to be approved? How safe is it to invest in such projects considering the pending approval status? I came to know sbi, axis and icici are providing loans for this project. Does that mean its safe to invest?

I had visited the Reliable dollars colony project. It is still under development.
Also looks little remotely located from the actual living space.
I was looking to buy plot for self house construction. Is it safe or worth investing such huge money in that locality and also for living is it the nice place ??


Harish, read lot of negative reveiws about this developers and its said till we book they would be nice, but later we cant reach them and would be left with no basis requirements like water, electiricity, sewage treatment and finally club house would be there with nothing within it. Need your guidance about this as we are looking to go for this project.

Reliaable Developlers was not able to provide basic need of Electricity for the past 5 Years in Reliaable Gardeniaa Project. They have just started the work for electricity a month ago before the launch of Dollars Colony…But still they dont have electricity

Hi Singh, You can go and check by yourself. There are only Transformer poles mounted but no Transformers in the layout. Better go in the night time to see real Gardeniaa

Kindly answer only one question. Do you know at-least one street light is lit for 440 plots. Yes for these two houses already constructed, they have changed temporary connection to permanent by some means. I stand by my point there is no electricity in the layout. I have visited this site yesterday also


Most of the plots in the vicinity including reliaable Gardenia has hardly anyone living. So isn’t it merely for investment and not for residential purpose?

Except Reliaable Lifestyle, none of their other projects have any visible amenities.

Since this a 100acr project , wouldn’t BDA approvals for the entire area take a lot of time

Sashi – What Mr. Harish quoted is true.I visited their site today & other surrounding layouts, seems reliable is offering reasonable price when compared to other builders like sunny greens and others. who are are quoting 4200 per sft.
