How would you rate this project based on location, surroundings, and investment point of view(Growth Factor)? Project located on a highway surrounded by industries, quality of ground water(probability of Cauvery Connections), waste seggregation areas around? Lot of hurdles for a cleaner environment and living is what i observed? Is it worth the investment?

Give your feedback on the project. The Nala in front of the project, does it affect the investment, as it could be our first property, if we opt for it. Amenities, on the bufferzone(as per NGT). Is this allowed?
Can we see prices going up, considering current market trend.
As you have mentioned, 5 borewells in the project, will it be enough for the number of units?Will the amenities provided be crowded?
Anyother developments in the area next 3-5years?
Also suggest any other project in the vicinity, budget around 70-75lakhs nett, 2.5-3bhk

What plan does the builder have with regard to SWD/Sewage? Though CAT A builder, impact on the resale properties?
Plans on vacant land beside the site is where bbmp segregates waste!!!
These two are major concerns, considering health n hygiene of the residents in the upcoming project. Project looks promising as it is very few kms from the city.

Link below mentions survey no.8 is under encroachment as per Revenue Dept.

1) How is water here? Builder claims BWSSB connection, do they really provide connections or we have to live with tankers?

2) Any worries on the Storm Water Drain passing right through the entrance?

3) Quality of Construction and Amenities?

And finally, Will the builder provide proper A Khatha transfer, though it is RERA approved.

I have booked a 3 BHK flat, and i visited the site couple of days back, the stretch from underbridge cicle to the enterence of the project is really pathetic, as now the segregation activity of garbage of whole vijaynagar and rajajinagar is done along that stretch of the service road, and i could see all kind of plastics and garbage flying on the road, along with 100’s of garbage autos and trucks, its a serious matter and i dont think any new client wll buy the flat after seeing this alongside the road at entrance itself, so Salarpurias should do something about this, when i enquired at the site office, they showed their helplessness saying something has to be done from top, if same thing continues, god only should help the dwellers in future

One BHK flats do not have car parking. Is this in accordance to apartment act. Should we still buy one bhk in such projects.

FIRST OF ALL CONGRADULATE MR HARISH FOR HOSTING SUCH A TRANSPARENT WEBSITE. MY CONCERN IS : Single BHK do not have car parking space . Is this against the parking rules of apartment.(sec 84 of MOFA) Dear Harish your opinion on this.

Builder is quoting Rs 4690. What actually the best market value price right now.
For this price one would expect a teak main door at least. Floor plan is not convincing for basic vastu. Kindly opine.

2. Price is high considering the area and project status
3. Not a IT hub
4. Can’t expect rentals
5. Service road is the only road for entrance and exit.
