Hi Raj,
You are right in stating the fact that Mahindra is expensive compared to salarpuria but Mahindra has always been a trusted brand and premium things comes with a price tag. They have got much better amentiies and facilities when compared with Salarpuria. One other advantage for Mahindra Windchimes is their location, they have easy proximity to all the necessities like fortis hospital, Apollo hospital and schools and shopping centres. For Mahindra Windchimes might be first project in Bangalore but Mahindra Lifespaces is one of the leading players in Real estate industry all over India. They have reentered in Mumbai last month and seems already more than 70% of booking is done, which shows the trust end customers are having on this brand. I own one of their property in Gurgaon called Aura and I must say my friend Mahindra never compromises with quality. You will get the best in class quality construction and customer service which you will never complaint about.


I find that Mahindra Windchimes is too expensive. Salarpuria is better established in Bangalore than Mahindra. For Mahindra it is the first project in Bangalore and are not know for quality in other cities.

Salarpuria VAT and Sales Taxes are much lower, so for the same total cost , salarpuria is giving 300-400 sq. Ft more…

However Wind Chimes has better amenities so lets watch which project grows better. At this time Windchimes is 7050 per sq Ft and Salarpuria is 5990 per sq.ft


Hi Harish, Comparing a 3BHK apartment between Mahindra WindChimes & Salarpuria Casa Irene, I found that with a price tag of 1.5 CR, Mahindra doesn’t offer a servant room, Puja room. Not even a common toilet. But Salarpuria has such amenities for a 3 BHK. The distance between Salarpuria and Mahindra is just 2.5 KM and both are just side of main road. Do you think that Salarpuria would be a better choice here.


Mahindra Lifespaces has launched the project with all approvals in place and construction has already commenced. Hence commitments made should be adhered. Amenities and specifications are of superior quality. Close proximity to all social infrastructure and the upcoming metro will ensure a high return on investment. If you are in for the long run windchimes by Mahindra lifespaces would be a great choice


Heard that casa irene land was purchased long time ago and there were some problems with land approval is it so?


Need your help in deciding the purchase between salarpuria satva casa irene , mahindra and prestige song of the south would appreciate if every fctor is discusses in detail as its a huge project on which the investment is made

The construction of Casa Irene has stopped for the past 6 months. The place is totally locked out of activities. Stay away from this property until some progress is shown in construction.
