Hi Harish,

What is the current rate in Sobha Landscape since it’s start in 2014, as investment wise did it gain any amount from it’s initial price of 3821? As two years past if we calculate 8 to 10% increase the current price should be higher right by now?

Hi Harish Please advise your review of Krishnaja Greens, as their price is only 2490 per sqft and locn seems fine. What is your take on this ? On a scale of 5 based on location, investment and nearby development please rate sobha, hiranandani, ozone, krishnaja greens, brigade orchards, century.
