Firstly Congrats for the wonderful work being done to you and your team!

How much is the current price on Sobha Square (Kogilu / Palm Court), and please reply on the below five (5) points i have:

1.How much would be the appreciation during the time of possession by 2019
2.What will be the rental expectation for a 1930sqft a 3 bedroom with maid room type of a flat?
3.Thirdly is it worth to invest now during the stagnation period as over all the sentiments of real
estate is low since past two years
4. Should i expect for a revision of prices from Sobha after the demonetization or during RERA
comes into ACT by March 2017?
5. Is this project worth for investing purpose or self usage ?

So please guide me if it’s worth the investment now during the current scenarios of real estate.



Thanks Harish, So which one would u recommend among these – Sobha Square, G Corp Icon North, Bhartiya City Ph1, and Brigade North Ridge. All these projects are in the same vicinity but G Corp has better location advantage but Sobha is little far from CBD but brand & quality makes the difference. Appreciate your feedback!

Hi Harish – would you recommend this project for end use/investment at the price tag of Sobha? I am looking for a pre-launch project in North Bangalore for self use. Don’t you think the price is on the higher side? Also can the price be negotiable with Sobha?
