What is ur thoughts on this property? Pros and Cons.

I am comparing it with Valmark Orchard and Prestige song. So what would be the price/sq for this project once completed and also if you could give more insights on the appreciation 5 years down?

What are the other developments in the vicinity of this project? I honestly felt the approach road to the project was dirty and full of garbage dumps here and there. However, the construction and well-lit rooms are a deal.

Your finals thoughts on choosing this project. Should I invest in 2 BHK or 3 BHK?
