What is the possession date/completion date of project? Initially it was displayed as to Dec 2017 Now they are delaying it to Jun 2018. Any reasons for the project getting delayed?

Found many issues related to
a. Quality of Construction — Is it good?
b. Delivery of Promised Project Facilities — ??
c. Open space/Area for the project and some additional unapproved blocks related.

Hi Harish, How do you rate Sumadhura builders and do you think it would be a good investment as compared to Boulevard in the same location as there is a difference of 600/- per SFT. Also Prestige has a lot of properties in that area, do you think it would be better to go with Prestige? I am looking from the quality of living standards post possession and ROI point of view. Sunil
