In my opinion, Most apartment builders will hand over the flat home key as per the rera end date and also consider a grace period 6 months, So don’t be excited to get the early position, For selling reasons and marketing, They will be teld early position, I don’t know about the quality of the apartment and legal issue, I came across one issue in online, Casagrand not followed Fire safety norms.
