Job Requirement: Real Estate Sales

Designation:  SALES (Senior Executive / Asst. Manager)

Job Location: Bangalore & Hyderabadh

Pay Scale: As Per Industry Standards

Experience: 1-4 years of experience in a related field or Real Estate Channel Sales would be added advantage

Qualification: Any Graduation / BBM / MBA

Required Skills:

  • Should be ambitious in Sales / Marketing / Business Development / Client Relations

  • Active Listening and Focus on solving the problems

  • Understanding the Core values of the company and its goals
  • Ability to understand client’s requirements and decent attitude towards providing precise information of the property to the clients (Humble in nature)
  • Field Sales Job / Escorting customers to the project site
  • Showcasing Properties as per the advice of their respective associate
  • Positive attitude for doing 2-3 meetings each day, for meeting new people, and someone who enjoys doing consulting
  • Should take a High level of passion and ownership
  • Maintaining good rapport with the builder
  • Should be aware of the Bangalore geography
  • Experience in real estate or any broker firm will be an added advantage
  • Must have Two-Wheeler with proper RT documents

Work Schedule:

  • Should be ready to work on weekends
  • 6 days a Week
  • Weekly off – one day on weekdays only (Tuesday)

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Lead, motivate, and inspire a team to meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.

2. Set clear objectives, provide ongoing feedback, and conduct regular performance evaluations for team members.

3. Develop and implement strategies to generate sales, attract new clients, and expand the company’s customer base.

4. Provide guidance and support to team members in prospecting, negotiating, and closing real deals.

5. Stay up to date with market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and provide strategic recommendations.

6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

7. Act as a point of contact for escalated client issues or complex customer requirments, resolving conflicts and finding suitable resolutions.

8. Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service and ensure seamless communication with customers & the clients throughout the sales process.

9. Identify training needs and organize skill enhancement programs for team members, including sales techniques, market knowledge, and legal/regulatory updates.

10. Mentor and coach individual team members, providing guidance on sales strategies, client management, and professional growth.

11. Implement and maintain best practices, standard operating procedures, and compliance guidelines within the team.

12. Utilize relevant technology and software platforms to enhance team productivity, data management, and reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field (preferred).

2. Atleast have 5-7 years of Related Domain Experience; which is Real Estate Sales / Residential Sales

3. Proven experience in real estate sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

4. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and collaborate with internal stakeholders.

6. In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry & market trends.

7. Proficient in using real estate CRM software and other relevant technology platforms.

8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle conflicts or challenging situations effectively.

9. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
