For developer-authorised primary residential property transactions, Homz N Space does not ordinarily charge the buyer a brokerage or advisory fee.

Homz N Space may receive a fee or commission from a developer or other authorised party in connection with a completed transaction.

Working through Homz N Space does not itself guarantee a lower or higher price. Final prices and commercial benefits are determined and confirmed by the developer or promoter.

12. Bookings and Payments

An enquiry, brochure request, callback, site visit, or expression of interest does not by itself create a booking.

A booking becomes effective only through the developer’s authorised process and applicable documentation.

Before making any payment, you should:

  • Verify the bank account;
  • Verify the payment link;
  • Obtain official payment instructions;
  • Confirm the amount with the developer or authorised representative; and
  • Obtain a proper receipt.

13. Developer Responsibility

14. Home Loans and Financial Services

15. No Investment Guarantee
