For me the biggest bottleneck is railway track. There is no way there will be over bridge in future as they are claiming. For example look east Bangalore where you have multiple place similar issue and now east Bangalore is almost developed but railway track issue they never bothered about. Can someone tell his view knowing this is a real issue but still why to invest in Godrej MSR City?
So for all super built up area for the 1600 sq ft 3bhk I am paying 35% extra (without taxes and other charges) from carpet area as carpet area is roughly 1000 sq ft – for that size 3bhk this is ridiculous pricing that too in Shettigere. 15000psft as per carpet area is madness.
