The concern mentioned in the opinion column is an old issue and was with the complete locality ( HSR- Silkboard area, caused floods during heavy rains) and which is been resolved now with the proper construction of Storm Water Drains and regular maintenance of the same., So you can ignore the point mentioned herein.
This project has still not been registered with RERA and hence the construction is stalled too? Is there an issue they are facing, which is why RERA registration has not been done yet?
Any idea about current rates? I am interested but only if I can negotiate a better rate, not a good investment at current displayed rate.
Are they planing for phase 2? 188 units in 6.1 acres is low, all developers try to make it 80-100 per acre. so i am having some doubts on future phases.
