TVS Emerald Jardin. Got Cheated by the Builder!! Me and My wife are having a really bad experience. We also initially trusted the brand but got cheated. 1. First they told us to pay the booking amount to avail documentation of the property. We paid the amount. 2. Then smartly they made a one-sided Sales Agreement where they mentioned that verification is responsibility of the owner. 3. We didn’t sign and engaged a very reliable and honest property lawyer 4. Our lawyer did a deep due-diligence and found out missing documents and discrepancies in Ownership. 5. We requested TVS Emerald to share the documents and provide a clean clear title. 6. After 2 months of Back & Forth and escalating to the CEO office they acknowledged that they do not have the document. 7. As the document is unavailable we humbly requested them to refund our money. 8. They blatantly refused that they wont refund our money while they are at fault. 9. After multiple requests I am now forced to bring this to public notice. Please see the email snapshot where they mentioned the same. 10. This is the first home of my wife and she has put all her hard earned money. We cannot afford a future litigation that would put our home in Jeopardy.

And is your opinion for a 3 bhk between Jardin, Hazen, Nandi Citadel and Eden, all located in southern part of bangalore. Do you have any other properties which may considered against jardin proposition. And what do you think price appreciation and rental yield with the property
