My experience with Casagrand Aria has been extremely disappointing.

The project has been delayed for over a year, yet buyers are repeatedly asked to wait while RERA extension is discussed instead of delivering the homes as promised. We are paying huge EMIs, house rent, school fees, and other expenses because of these delays, but the builder seems to show little concern for the hardship faced by customers.

Customer service is one of the worst parts of this experience. Instead of providing clear updates and taking responsibility, responses are often rude, inconsistent, and lacking transparency. Every time we ask for a genuine possession timeline, we receive new promises instead of real progress.

Buying a home should bring happiness, but Casagrand Aria has brought only stress, financial burden, and frustration. Trust has been completely lost.

I would strongly advise potential buyers to verify the actual construction progress, statutory approvals, and delivery commitments before investing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this project.
