Where is Divine Meadows project located in East Bangalore?
The project is located just off Sarjapura on Chikkatirupathi Road. It's a fast-developing area.
My experience with Genurise Divine Meadows has been extremely disappointing and, unfortunately, very different from what was promised at the time of purchase.
The possession timeline kept getting pushed back — initially February, then March, then April. Ultimately, I had to rush to complete the registration in June even though the property was still unfinished. When I finally received it, the condition of the property was honestly unacceptable and it looked nowhere near the quality or finish that had been represented.
The quality of some of the materials is also a major concern, particularly the wooden flooring, which feels very cheap and does not reflect what I would expect from a premium villa project.
What made the experience even worse was the handover condition. The property was left with construction debris and without proper cleaning. Despite making numerous calls and following up repeatedly, getting basic cleanup and resolution has been extremely frustrating.
Communication is another major issue. Calls often go unanswered, and there seems to be significant employee turnover. You establish a point of contact, spend time explaining your issues, and then that person leaves — after which you essentially have to start all over again with someone new.
For me, this has been one of the worst builder experiences I have had. The promises made during the sales process and the actual delivery have been two very different things.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise prospective buyers to do extensive due diligence before purchasing here. Don’t rely solely on the promises made during the sales process — speak to existing owners, inspect the actual construction quality and handover condition, and get every commitment documented in writing.
The property is highly priced for what it offers and has undivided share concept than you own the plot. These 2 are major concerns along with I am unable to see premium feel even though they calling it a premium project. The price quoted is at least 30% high.
