Position : Sales Executive / Assistant Manager
- One of the key aspects of the role – Escorting customers to the project site.
- Education – Any Graduation / Diploma.
- Having a Positive attitude for doing at least 2-3 meetings each day, to meet new people every day, and someone who enjoys doing sales.
- Must have a Two Wheeler with proper RT documents.
- Showcasing various Properties as per the advice of their respective Manager.
- Should be aware of the Bangalore geography.
- Prior Experience in real estate or any broker firm will be an added advantage.
- Ability to understand the requirements of prospective customers with a decent aptitude to understand & showcase the property to prospective customers. (Humble in nature)
- Should take High levels of passion and ownership to actions.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Good Behaviour and Etiquettes.
- Language Proficiency – English & Hindi (Knowing other languages would be an added advantage).
- Competitive remuneration per annum Including allowance (Will be discussed in-person).
- Should be ready to work on Weekends.
- Working days will be 6 days a Week.
- Weekly off – One day on Weekdays only.
