Job Description:

A Software Engineer wears multiple hats within the organization. You will be taking direction from senior developers and assisting with all aspects of design and development concerning Homz N Space.

Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for maintenance, expansion, and scaling:

Expected to understand the intricacies of the Homz N Space online platform, work with the team to improve, enhance & scale the platform while maintaining optimal performance and day-to-day operations.

  • Working with the Homz N Space content management systems:

Expected to understand and work hands-on with the HNS CMS and all associated systems to ensure seamless operations and delivery of all tasks as per timelines.

  • Assisting the team with all aspects of design and development:

Ability to rise to the challenge by understanding requirements, providing insights, and solving problems as a part of the development team.

  • Creating, Uploading, and updating new projects

Expected to work closely with multiple teams across the organization to procure & upload new projects and microsites on the online platform on a regular basis while maintaining all set design standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
  • 0 – 2 years experience with the WordPress ecosystem as a WordPress Implementor or Web developer.
  • Good functioning knowledge of PHP, MySQL & front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.
