2. Casa has has a good reputation in Chennai, In Bengaluru, heard they tied up with garden city builders for Kogilu project. How is the review about this joint venture
3. What can we expect on the Kogilu project quality/timeliness, as their other project Casa Royce in Bengaluru is delayed.
4. In terms of Brand, ROI and resale value. Is it a worth investment buying into prelaunch of Casa Kogilu project.

Project has got all the approvals apart from RERA & Which is expected with in 2 weeks from now & As far as i know, Construction contractor still not finalised by the developer – Will update you as & when i received correct information.I feel its worth investing in this project – reason being, Competitive price which is 3999 / Sq.ft, Brand advantage & Location offers excellent connectivity too.
