Extremely Unprofessional and Abusive Sales Experience – MANA Skanda (The Right Life Project)

I am deeply shocked and appalled by the unprofessional and abusive behavior of a sales executive named Vivek, representing Mana Skanda – The Right Life project.

Me and my wife visited the property with genuine interest to understand the project and consider it for purchase. To our utter disappointment, Mr. Vivek made no effort to explain the project, did not share proper details, and was only interested in pushing for immediate booking without even a basic gesture of customer service. It was clear he was more focused on extracting money than guiding us through such a significant investment.

After our visit, I requested a few days’ time to consider, during which I got occupied with professional commitments. I missed one call and couldn’t respond to his messages immediately. Instead of following up professionally, Mr. Vivek sent us abusive and offensive messages over WhatsApp, insulting both me and my wife. (Attached screenshot proves the abusive behavior.)

Such behavior is not just unprofessional—it is absolutely unacceptable and bordering on criminal.

This is a serious breach of ethics and customer respect. I demand that Mana management take immediate action and terminate this individual from the company. If no action is taken, I will be left with no choice but to initiate a cybercrime complaint and take legal recourse for harassment and verbal abuse.

This review is intended to expose such unfit individuals in the real estate industry who insult and harass potential customers. No family should ever have to face such behavior while simply exploring a property.

BE WARNED before visiting this project – if Vivek is the face of this company, it speaks volumes about their customer ethics.
