More or Less both the projects carry the same ranking in terms of location, Density, Configurations etc.. but below are our few points, so based on that you make take a call to which one to go with
1. Connectivity from Main road ( Kanakapura Road ) PPS holds advantage
2. Specifications wise PPS holds advantage
3. Project completion wise so far as we observed from other salarpuria projects, SMC may complete at faster pace
