Hi Harish,

Interested in 42 queens square 2043sqft variant, but little hesitant as this is their first residential property. do you recommend this villa considering the below points- location, cost, quality of construction?

Also there is a villa – M1 Terra Alegria at hoskote (builder completed one villa project and this is in progress) which is offering a price nearly 20 L less than 42 queens.. any thoughts?
