I am writing to share my extremely disappointing experience with Crystal Apartment construction by Bhanodaya’s builder.
Yesterday, we visited the site as we are planning to purchase a new 3 BHK apartment. However, the experience took a completely negative turn when we were introduced to the VP of the company.
What was even more disappointing is that during the interaction, the VP also made negative comments about the software industry. As a software engineer, I felt deeply disrespected. It is widely known that the real estate sector itself is significantly supported and driven by professionals from the software industry. Such generalized and disrespectful statements towards an entire profession are completely unacceptable.
Additionally, the project timeline shown on the website mentions possession by December 2026. However, during our visit, not even a single block appears close to completion. It is difficult to understand how six towers can realistically be completed within the next 8 months. This creates serious concerns about the credibility and reliability of the project commitments.
Based on this experience, I strongly feel this project is not worth considering. Respect and trust are as important as investment, and unfortunately, both are lacking here.
