The location is perfect. I work in IT, so being close to WIPRO and Whitefield will make my commute much easier. It’s also easy to get to HSR or Electronic City. This will save me so much time.
This place is great for all ages. My kids will love the play area and skating deck. I also like the quiet spots, like the meditation lawn and a special area for seniors. It feels like a good community for my parents, too.
I was so surprised by the 88% open space. It’s rare to find so much greenery in Bangalore now. When you walk around the property, it really feels like you can breathe and escape the city noise.
The 40,000 sq. ft clubhouse is huge. The list of amenities is amazing. They have pickleball, skating, and even farming. They thought of everything. I know I’ll never be bored living here.

I visited NBR Soul of the Seasons in the morning. The idea of pet park and green pockets are a real plus, we prefer daily walks inside the community rather than on main roads. The community didn’t feel cramped and there are sit-out areas along the paths. Would like clarity on pet rules later, but first impression was positive.
Landscaping for NBR’s soul of the season is thoughtfully done, with walking paths and spaces for kids and pets. Liked that it feels low-density compared to many places we’ve seen. Amenities cover daily needs pool, indoor games, fitness, tracks without feeling over the top. Approach roads get busy at rush hour, but for long-term living, this felt like a good balance of nature and convenience.
