I see you are projecting 5% rental and 7% appreciation, does that mean that on a 3BHK Unit priced 80L, we can expect a rent of 35000Rs/month + maintenance etc.? Also an appreciation of close to 6L/year from now on or after 2024 possession year?
Is there any other project which is better from an investment perspective in the similar range in Bangalore – provided rental yield is 5-6%/annum?

3 BHK’s are good for self-use than for investment. If you are looking for investment, then I would suggest you to look for 1 BHK / 2 BHK. Connectivity is playing key role In terms of future prospects for electronics city ( Upcoming Metro, PRR, NICE & Elevated Express ). Connectivity play’s a major role in terms of Real estate establishments & appreciation. In terms of Water supply scarcity; its common issue across Bangalore. Communities need to depend on water tankers till electronic city gets Cauvery lines & which is expected soon.
