Hi Harish,

I see you are projecting 5% rental and 7% appreciation, does that mean that on a 3BHK Unit priced 80L, we can expect a rent of 35000Rs/month + maintenance etc.? Also an appreciation of close to 6L/year from now on or after 2024 possession year?

Is there any other project which is better from an investment perspective in the similar range in Bangalore – provided rental yield is 5-6%/annum?

Thanks in advance and if you don’t mind please suggest some other options for plots as well.
