hi harish,
i am following your forum for quiet sometime now. i find them honest and useful. appreciate it. i have a question regarding this NGT new norms. even if these rules are retrospective, what would happen when it comes to their redevelopment? let us say i got all the approvals before this norm and built a house. after 10 years i want to demolish and reconstruct it. i will not get approval then right. wont these become dead investments?

Hi Harish, I am thinking of buying a villa for myself, however I am not sure weather Villa is good or a Plot. Can you please advise?
Also can you share your thoughts on connectivity. Do you think it’s feasible in the future to travel from Mahadevapura, Outer ring road (work) to Electronics City? Is there any metro connectivity?
Do you see any disadvantage being next to the lake?

Hi Harish, I’m looking for villa plots. This appears to be a good project, but I hear that electronic city is not that hot. North side is better. What do you think? Will I get good appreciation with C++?
Also, is there any project in north with a similar project configuration that I can consider?

Hi Harish, I want to buy a villa. Have come across Concorde Sylvan View in Electronic city Phase 2 [ ready to occupy] for 1.3 Cr. Now we see this project in pre-launch for 1.5 onwards for villa. Which one do you suggest for end use and investment as well.
