You can consider either of the ones. Both the projects are good for self living. Ramky is a CAT A developer. The builder has executed a good number of projects in Hyderabad & done a decent job as well. Ramky Pros are – PRE EMI Scheme, Low Density, Lake View & Pricing. Cons Not as big brand as Godrej. Godrej Pros – Kid Centric Amenities, Brand Advantage & Approach Road. Cons are Price & Inventory Options.
