Hi, I am planning to invest in Phase III of Shriram Summitt, but going through the reviews I am little shaky whether they provide the required possession by 2019 Dec.

As per the web search , the project is delayed over a 1.5 year. Do u think it worth to invest in the project in stage. How much rental income in EC area..

I had booked flat in Shriram Summit and had given 10% payment during June. after 2 months during August end check got cleared(With multiple follow ups) and still sale agreement is not ready they are delaying with out giving any clear reason. I am worried and doubting whether they have all needed approvals? Due to this GST and RERA act are they stuck somewhere?
Please advise and let me know the comments whatever you are aware of this project.
