FRAUD Builder!!! The promise whatever they gave it was not happened… While Booking they promised as only stilt parking will be provided and Parking space will be more sufficient to park 1 SUV along with 2 two wheelers.
1)Sale person committed as the referral bonus is 50k for each refferal but while processing they said as it .50% and paid less.
2) Registeration charges they said as will be below 3lakhs and later they brought it till 6.5 lakhs by putting lots of hidden charges.
3) Delayed on handover the project and Keys.
4) They didn’t get the property tax, Metro Water tax and EB name transfer changed, But they charged huge amount while purchasing the property.
5) Property Tax & Metro Water tax came with the penalty due to the flaw made by builder.
6) Car Parking Phase 2 Basement pipeline has Drainage pipeline leakage and it is going to be flooded in the upcoming monsoon for sure.
7) Interior Walls are not strong, You can drill or nail easily by hands instead of using hammer or drilling machine.
8) Building has safety concern.
It is High rise building which doesn’t have safe assembly point in the time of evacuation.
All vacant spots and safe assembly zones are sold as open car parking by the builder.
9) 100 amenities are promised by the builder and it was not maintained and everything was damaged while giving handover to phase 2.
10) Minus Zero above rating cab suits well for this builder.
11) CRMs are not responding for calls.
12) Customer money are collected huge with more hidden charges and treat their employees for parties and foreign tours.
WORST WORST WORST!!!!
