Think 100 times before signing any application with them. Worst customer experience. We booked a 2.5bhk unit and gave a booking advance of 2lakhs but due to certain reason we didn’t want to proceed further. We informed the sales person Mr. Mohan from chennai brigade xandu team within 10 days. As we signed an application form. 1lakh has been charged has the cancellation fees. This is not at all fare and not sure how many builders have this kind of Terms and conditions.
No proper response from the customer care also.
I would suggest to see better project than this.
Worst customer experience and bad impression on deduction of so much ammount which is not acceptable at all.
Please think 1000 times before proceedings with their project.
We are tried following up and convincing them.
Just in 1 week 1lkh loss for us both money and mentally disturbed by the team.
