Seepage is an minor issue and its very common issue across all the developer. 90 % of home buyers will face seepage issue with in first 2 yrs after handing over the project. Beside, This issue can be fixed with help of painters. Based on our review, Keya Homes have a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects & They use only the best materials and construction techniques.
How 90 % properties are getting seepage issues. Seepage issues are coming only with third class builder projects only.
Can you elaborate the seepage issues will be cleared after painting?
Hi Harish, There is clear discrepancy of approved RERA plan and project plan shown to the customers. As per RERA, only 12 floors are approved. But they are marketing for 22 floors. How is this possible? How could you miss this?
