Seepage is an minor issue and its very common issue across all the developer. 90 % of home buyers will face seepage issue with in first 2 yrs after handing over the project. Beside, This issue can be fixed with help of painters. How 90 % properties are getting seepage issues. Seepage issues are coming only with third class builder projects only.
