Dear Harish – while the property seems to be good, the location is sort of standalone. Given that, what would be the reasons to buy a villa here at ~3.5 cr if one can get a villa in Prestige lakeside habitat at 3.1 o3 3.2 crores or Prestige Mayberry which is also at 3.5 cr. Both habitat and Mayberry are ready to move. I am evaluating this project but am not getting a good answer to this question. Given your experience


I have heard that DUMP YARD is going to come nearby your project, I have seen some snaps where MLA Mr. Arvind Limbavali is doing bhumi pujan at the site in KODATHI which is in 500-meter radius. Kindly clarify.
