They are willing to do registration only after January even if we book now.. Delay is because of commencement certificate which they are yet to get from bbmp. Do you see this as a concern?

Need not to worry, I dont see any concern here & Builder is following RERA Guidelines. Project will get commencement certificate once the foundation, Footing & initial column erection work is completed & As far as i know, they are collecting only booking amount till they get CC.I suggest you talk to my colleague Mr.Ravi @ 9590144144 for more details.
Which one is better in terms of appreciation , rental… Jindal city or this.
Both the project yield same ROI in terms of Rental Perspective. Jindal City will fetch little higher appreciation. Reason being Brand Advantage
