Hi Harish.

Thinking between the below projects.

1) Sumudhara Folium –
Pro – Ph2 hand over in Dec 2025, Good location, larger community
Con – Expensive, slightly higher than my budget as well

2) Assets Bloom and Dell –
Pro – Really good plan for 3BHK, more space utilisation, relatively cheaper
Con – 3 yrs wait time

Which is good in-terms of long term returns, on time completion and building quality etc. I am planning to by for end-use and not investment. Please help!

Hello Harish,

I am planning to book a unit their. I found their floor plan and designing best among all my searches. But only one this is holding me up. I was looking their map, and seems their is a proposed CDP road from inside the project. According to Assetz team, they have kept a setback but according to them, it will get cancelled it that doesn’t serves any purpose. Can you suggest me, if it will be an issue or not, and also is it worthy to go with Assetz Bloom and Dell.
