Hello Harish,
I have read across internet and several boards that there are major issues with the project (plumbing issues, water seepage in the floor, rain water collecting in corridors, cheap sliding doors, etc. etc.). Can you please comment on this? Any insight would be much appreciated. Also, does virgonagar/Aavalahhali have water problems? m interested in looking at the property for self use but what I read is giving me second thoughts. Thanks!

Any update on Brigade Exotica Burgundy tower, they have removed from their web site, I think it was near completion. Tried to contact Brigade sales, didn’t here back. thanks


Pls advise whether Brigade Lakefront or Brigade Exotica is better from an investment perspective. 4bhk options in both cases


I would say Brigade Exotica, as Lakefront is already in an area where the prices are high, congestion is at its peak, and pollution is starting to rise. The approach roads are just chop-a-bloc with traffic in the morning (I am saying it because I live in Whitefield). Exotica on the other hand is on a 6 lane highway, and the 3-way connectivity to KR Puram, Whitefield, Airport gives it unique locational advantage. In case you want to start living immediately – then Lakefront is a better choice, but for future, its Exotica no doubt. Hope that helps..
