@ HNP…Vrishabhavathi is quite far away from the property …I booked in Aug 14 after a thorough field work and already the property has appreciated by Rs 900 sq feet.

Same here really got pissed off with that and then on the way back found Habitat ventures and visited them its pretty convincing and would really love to invest on that, check for the same dude.
