Do you think Rs 4,150/- psf is justifiable in this area/locality? Keeping in mind some of the other projects in this locality viz Skylark Ithica, Mahaveer Promenade, Bolineni Sillos, Oceanus Classic? Also iam confused between Casa Grande Hoodi and Brigade Buena Vista (Budigere Cross) since both are approximately around 4,150/- psf right now. Please comment.

Thanks for your quick response Harish. Couple of questions/concerns i have about this project.
1) There is a High Tension wire beside this property. iam worried whether the EMF will have any negative effects on health
2) This is only the 3rd project from Casa Grande in BLR. Will the builder be able to understand the local political landscape well to get all the required approvals?
3) i saw somewhere that the open space would only be around 20% in this project. Iam wondering whether the Builder will really be able to put in all the promised amenities well in the premise.
4) With the demonetization, unsold ready-to-move-in inventory and slump in real estate industry from last 4-5 months, do you think investing in “pre-launch” now is a good idea?
i know i have listed a bunch of questions here but i hope you would have the patience and time to answer all these.

There website says 50% pay while registering… which bakra’s will pay 50% ahead of start … where there are 100 options in Whitefield..

Greetings from Casa Grande. I am assuming you are talking about agreement. We are collecting 20% for the agreement. Within 2 months of the launch we will complete stilt level. If you are going with the bank loan, bank will fund us according to the progress of work. Hope we are able to clear your doubts. Any clarification, please feel free to contact us.

Hi Harish – I know about the builder as i am from chennai… Pls advise whether this is good for investment / rental purpose ? can expect tenants for 1 bhk in this location ? pls advise..
