Dear buyers mulling your decision to buy at Casagrand,

Casagrand has gone from a builder who made money from good construction to a money making enterprise, which sees profit everywhere and always at the buyers expense.

Plastering issue. They do not use cement for plastering (poochu in Tamil). They use gypsum. Gypsum saves a lot in terms of time and labor cost. The drawback is that if it’s used for all places like kitchen, bathroom and balcony where there is lot of moisture then you have a problem. The walls are damp in these places. Struggling with this problem for months now.

They have a site team, CRM team, icare team, customer delight team, legal team etc. Don’t be overjoyed. They’re not for customer service. They simply point fingers at one another and delay answering any troubling questions.

They allow only one internet service provider for this project. No Airtel, no Jio, no ACT, no Hathaway. Looks like that will be the case for all future projects. No reply yet even after two months struggle. Their answer was that the project is still under builder control and they will decide what to allow. It’s still under their control because the project is not yet complete ( and their website shows castle is a completed project!! No way!!)

Rude and threatening representatives from the company have left a bitter taste at last. A new home should bring joy, Casagrand hasn’t.
